Reviews

“Informative, engaging and intelligent, its small size belies its muscular heft.” – Dan McNeil (https://www.dan-mcneil.com/burroughs-and-scotland)

“A very welcome book.” – Beat Scene

“a painstakingly researched account of William S. Burroughs’ time in Scotland… a job very well done.” – 3AM Magazine

” Burroughs and Scotland […] is an exploration of Burroughs’s rarely mentioned but highly-formative era in Scotland, jam packed with broadly hinging historical significance.” – LitReactor

“Central to the text is Burroughs attendance at the now infamous International Writers Conference which […] was a riotous affair but also a significant one and Kelso expounds it here to great effect.” – Fugitives and Futurists

Order

Burroughs & Scotland is available on Kindle and as a paperback.
